This wine has been made with grapes of the Monastrell variety, collected from old vineyards with very little production located on very limestone and stony soils on the surface. The result gives rise to a wine with an intense cherry red color, aromas of ripe fruit and a long and spicy finish on the palate with evocations of the toasting of the French wood to which it has been subjected.
