Our wine is a white made from a careful selection of autochthonous grapes within the Ribeiro DO: Treixadura (85%), Godello (10%) and Loureira (5%), the latter variety being the one that gives it a rich expression. fruity that is appreciated as soon as it is poured over a glass. The flower and the bee are the beginning of everything in the vine: fertilization. Hence the name and label of The flower and the bee Treixadura. Cultivated under the principles of Masanobu Fukuoka, Japanese farmer, biologist and philosopher, this Treixadura monovarietal represents the philosophy of respect for nature. Elegant expression due to its soils of granite origin and a very favorable climate for phenolic maturation.

This wine is made with grapes from two farms far from each other and located in the southern and northern areas of the Ribeiro region, in the Toén and Ribadavia municipalities. A part of the grapes comes from a 6,000-meter farm, where it ripens very well and very quickly. To counteract this excess ripening, we mix a good part of Albariño from a smaller farm. Manual harvest, crushed and destemmed, maceration at room temperature, manual pressing in a vertical press, controlled spontaneous fermentation with cold, aging on lees for three months, the grapes from each farm ferment separately and then are mixed at the end of the elaboration, they are filtered through plates and bottled. This vintage was bottled between May 25 and 26, 2016, flower day and root part.
